Information included in an application
The form requests your name, email, English level, sales experience and an optional description of your experience. The Roblox track also asks about your community background and interest in the programme. The form includes the programme track, page language and UTM referral parameters where these appear in the link you used.
Do not include identity documents, payment information, passwords, health information or someone else’s confidential information in a free-text answer.
How the information is used
We use the information to review your application, organise selection, contact you at your email address and understand which sources bring applications. Applying does not, by itself, subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
The programme team makes selection decisions. Information from your application is not published as a testimonial or participant story without separate agreement.
Services and access
The website and application form run on Webflow. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form against automated spam. Programme email addresses use Google Workspace. When viewing pages, your browser also loads Google Fonts and images from Webflow and Roblox CDNs; these providers receive technical information needed to deliver the files, including the IP address. Information is accessed by people who need it to review applications and communicate with candidates, and by these service providers as needed to operate their services.
Service providers may process technical and form data in countries other than the applicant’s country. Further information: Webflow, Cloudflare, Google Workspace.
Retention
Rejected applications are retained for one year after selection ends and are then due for deletion. If you join the programme, application information is used to organise your participation; information about handling additional learning or employment records is provided separately.
You can request earlier deletion. If particular information must be retained under applicable law or to resolve a dispute, the team will explain this when responding to your request.

To ask about the handling of your application, correct your details, withdraw or request deletion, email hello@joinbuyside.com. Include the email address used for the application. Do not attach identity documents unless specifically requested.
Your available rights and the process for exercising them depend on applicable law. Changes to the information collected or the purposes of processing will be reflected in this notice.
